Our fully functional web simulation environment offers an enormous variety of possibilites with 3 differently sized communities in the county, multiple locations that include ( fire, law enforcement, ems, hospitals, schools, public works, operational airport, public health, county fairgrounds and more)
All of the information is cross integrated and is also available in the 80 plus page emergency operations plan. The Assessors Office page has 7 maps and all pertinent addresses in the county listed.
On the Office of Emergency Management page you will find weather information, and over 700 FEMA typed resources ....The County Commissioners page features a copy of the County wide Mutual Aid Agreement and will soon be adding the recently ratified Chelsea County USA annual budget.
And when you want to order resources the county dispatch can do that via a live phone call to dispatches non-emergency number, radio or email right from the site. Several key areas of the site also have emails that can be answered during simulation play.Theres now even a chat and document sharing platform provided by Chelsea County Office of Emergency Management for critical information sharing and creating a common operating picture.
We are also excited to announce the addition of Chelsea County USA local channel 8 Action News Team. This addition will be a delivery mechanism giving strategic updates in simulation play via live streaming video.
